"Separation of Church and State" are lyrics written by Henry Parkman Biggs from the third verse of the song "You're Looking Too Close" and painted by Andy Cross.
 
In the work, Trump derides the stupidity of Christians and how easy they are to manipulate for his political gain.  The message underlyingly says "Separation of Church and State."
